Do You Easily Catch Cold?
Do you easily catch cold? Do you easily get sick? Then you have problems with your defense system. Your body is supposed to have the natural ability to fight ailments. But if you easily get sick, it might be a serious symptom of immune deficiency. And that's bad news.

Macro nutrients are what we get from food that build our body bulk, like fats, protein, and carbohydrates. We need enough of them but we also need micronutrients for our immune health. Many people get more macronutrients thinking that the bigger their muscles or the bigger their size, the healtheir they are. Immune health does not depend on size. It largely depends on nutrition intake. You may be slim and yet very healthy inwardly and seldom get sick.
More Fruits More Nutrition?
You may be eating lots of fruits but somehow, you wonder why you still easily get sick often. Do you easily catch cold even though you eat lots of veggies and fruits? Well, no wonder, because a lot of veggies and fruits sold in the market today are heavy with chemical pesticides or grown using chemical fertilizers.
